Demonstrate credibility and legitimacy
The Platform does not endorse, guarantee, or certify business performance, products, or services unless explicitly stated.
To register as a business, you must:
Be a legally established business entity or legally operating sole trader
Have the legal authority to represent the business
Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate registrations at our sole discretion.
During registration, businesses may be required to provide:

Valid contact email and/or phone number

You warrant that all submitted information is truthful and not misleading.

Verification confirms identity and registration data only and does not constitute approval, endorsement, or certification of business conduct or quality.
We may revoke verification status at any time if information becomes inaccurate or misleading.
Registered businesses agree to:

Act in good faith when interacting with users and reviewers
Refrain from manipulating reviews or ratings
Not submit fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews
Respect consumer protection and advertising laws
Any attempt to interfere with the integrity of the review system is strictly prohibited.
Businesses may respond to reviews in a professional and factual manner
Responses must not contain abusive, defamatory, or misleading content
Businesses may not harass, threaten, or pressure reviewers
Verified Company Reviews does not remove reviews solely due to negative sentiment.
Businesses must not:
Provide false or fraudulent information
Misrepresent affiliation with Verified Company Reviews
Use the Platform for illegal, deceptive, or unethical purposes
Attempt to influence ratings artificially
Violate intellectual property or data protection laws
Violation may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.
All Platform content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, and systems are the exclusive property of Verified Company Reviews.
Businesses are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Platform strictly for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Verified Company Reviews is not liable for business losses, reputational damage, or disputes arising from reviews
We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of user-generated content
Businesses use the Platform at their own risk
Businesses agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verified Company Reviews from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Breach of these Terms
Inaccurate business information
Violation of laws or third-party rights
Business data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU), and other relevant regulations.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove verification status
Restrict access to Platform features
This may occur if these Terms are violated or if continued participation poses legal or reputational risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
