This Review Dispute & Appeal Policy explains how disputes, challenges, and appeals related to reviews are handled on Verified Company Reviews (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
This Policy exists to:
Protect the integrity of reviews
Ensure fairness for both users and businesses
Provide a structured dispute and appeal process
Disputes may be submitted by:
A business that is the subject of a review
A reviewer whose content was moderated or removed
Third parties not directly involved will not be considered.
Disputes may be submitted only if the review allegedly:
Violates the Reviewer Terms of Use
Contains false or misleading statements
Includes prohibited content (harassment, hate speech, personal data)
Is suspected to be fake or manipulated
Infringes legal rights
Disagreement with opinions or negative feedback alone is not grounds for removal.
Disputes must be submitted via email to:

URL of the review
Reason for dispute
Supporting evidence (if applicable)
Incomplete or abusive submissions will be ignored.
Upon receipt:
The review may be temporarily flagged or hidden
Evidence is assessed internally
Additional information may be requested
A decision is issued
Typical review time: up to 14 business days
If dissatisfied with the decision:
One appeal may be submitted within 14 days
Appeals must include new or clarifying information
Appeal decisions are final unless required otherwise by law.
Submission of a dispute or appeal does not guarantee:
Review removal
Rating changes
Account reinstatement
Misuse of the dispute system may result in:
Rejected submissions
Account restrictions
Permanent suspension
Verified Company Reviews acts as a neutral platform and does not adjudicate legal disputes between users and businesses.
