By submitting a review or using review-related features, you agree to these Terms.

To submit a review, you must:

Have a genuine personal experience with the company reviewed

Not be affiliated with the reviewed company unless clearly disclosed
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access if eligibility requirements are not met.
Reviews must:

Be accurate and honest
Use respectful and professional language
Focus on the company’s products, services, or conduct
Reviews must NOT contain:
False, misleading, or defamatory statements
Hate speech, harassment, or threats
Personal data of private individuals
Advertising, spam, or promotional content
Content written in exchange for compensation or incentives
Legal accusations presented as fact without evidence
Users must not:
Submit fake or fabricated reviews
Post reviews on behalf of others
Manipulate ratings or scores
Coordinate review campaigns
Use multiple accounts to influence ratings
Violations may result in review removal or account suspension.
Verified Company Reviews reserves the right to:
Review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms
Flag reviews for verification
Temporarily hide reviews during investigation
Negative reviews are not removed solely due to criticism.
Removal decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.
By posting a review, you confirm that:
The review reflects your genuine experience
You understand it may be publicly visible
You accept legal responsibility for your statements
Verified Company Reviews does not independently verify the factual accuracy of all reviews.
Reviews may:
Be publicly displayed
Be indexed by search engines
Be accessible globally
We cannot guarantee anonymity once content is published.
By submitting content, you grant Verified Company Reviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for platform operation and promotion.
You retain ownership of your content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
